TAPPING INTO CHILDREN’S NATURAL STAGES OF DEVELOPMENT
The Discoverers Program is designed for infants aged 6 weeks to 17 months old who are beginning to see the world and find a home away from home. These classrooms mirror a nursery with warm, cozy furniture and lighting while incorporating open spaces for tummy time and physical development. Individual planning begins for cognitive, social, emotional, physical, and language foundational development.
The Explorers Program is designed for younger toddlers aged 18 months to 35 months who are mobile and actively engaging with their environment. These classrooms encourage curiosity, interaction, and movement with lots of manipulative sensory materials, cause and effect toys, colors, numbers, and the essential components for more structured learning. Children are encouraged to make choices and build coordination through group curriculum, songs, and activities are fun and engaging.
The Adventurers Program is designed for older toddlers and pre-kindergarteners aged 36 months to 5 years old who are ready for more structured play-based learning. These classrooms follow a clear schedule with defined centers of inquiry. Weekly thematic programming introduces patterns, routines, academic concepts (letter & number recognition), process artwork and projects to prepare children for success in kindergarten and beyond.
Young Leaders & Camps
The Young Leaders Program is designed for students aged 6 to 12 years old who are looking for enrichment and socialization opportunities to supplement after school and camps. These classrooms foster friendships and character building while introducing opportunities in service projects, team building, stem and technology, and outdoor learning. Students are connected to a broader community and begin to understand how to translate learning and impact outside of school in a range of seasonal programs.
