Jennifer Bingham has dedicated over 30 years to the field of early childhood education. She began her career as a Pre-K teacher and has since held various roles, gaining extensive experience across multiple age groups. Since 1997, Jennifer has served as a Director, leading with a deep commitment to fostering positive and nurturing environments for children to learn and grow.

She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Development and Family Science from the University of North Texas, equipping her with a strong foundation in child development and family dynamics. Jennifer is passionate about creating enriching educational experiences that support each child’s unique potential.

Outside of work, Jennifer loves spending time with her family, especially her young son, who is the light of her life. She also enjoys reading and crafting, often participating in local craft fairs. Jennifer is excited to bring her expertise and enthusiasm to the Wellspring Academy community and looks forward to contributing to the success and growth of every child in her care.
