Joe Ballog

Head of Food Management

Joe Ballog is the Food Services Manager at Fractal Education, where he oversees food quality, menu creation, supply management, and the overall culinary program for the system.  He has been in the restaurant industry for over 10 years and has spent the past two years in school food management.

Prior to entering the culinary field, Joe supported his community as an EMT graduate and with the Arlington Fire Department’s fire academy.

Outside the kitchen, Joe enjoys hiking and camping adventures with his partner, Nao, and their loyal four-legged companion, Milo. His passion for hands-on activities extends to working on vehicles. Additionally, he finds solace in gardening and fishing.
