John Rosen is the CEO and Managing Partner of Fractal Education, where he leads with one core belief: when you support the people who care for children, you build stronger communities. John joined Fractal in 2023 after a long career in hospitality—an industry rooted in service, warmth, and making families feel at home. He brings that same heart and focus to early childhood education.

Before Fractal, John spent more than 30 years helping teams create welcoming, well-run environments across the country.   Whether supporting small teams or large organizations, he found that success always comes down to the same things: caring for people, building trust, and creating places where families feel safe and supported.

John is a proud graduate of the University of Houston, and he has always been passionate about community involvement. He has served for years as a team captain for Pelotonia, one of the nation’s largest charity bike rides benefiting cancer research—an effort driven by his belief in helping others and building something bigger than yourself.

Most importantly, John is a dad. He and his wife, Brookly, have two sons—Layton and Matthew—who remind him every day of the importance of nurturing environments, dependable caregivers, and strong partnerships between families and the people who support their children’s growth.

In his free time, John enjoys coaching his son’s lacrosse team, spending time with his dogs Monty and Molly, and quoting obscure movies from the ’80s and ’90s—usually to his kids’ eye rolls.

Whether working with daycare owners, teachers, or parents, John’s goal is simple: to listen, to collaborate, and to help create early learning communities where children thrive and the adults who care for them feel valued.
