Juan Boyer
Area Director
With over two decades of experience in Montessori and traditional early childhood education, Juan Boyer brings a wealth of knowledge and passion to his role as one of Fractal’s Area Directors in North Texas. Inspired by his mother’s work in the field, Juan began his career at 15 years old, driven by a deep commitment to creating nurturing environments where children can thrive.
Throughout his career, Juan has embraced both Montessori principles and traditional educational approaches, recognizing the value of fostering independence while also providing structured guidance. He believes in every child’s inherent potential. He strives to cultivate an environment where children are encouraged to explore, learn, and grow at their own pace, whether through hands-on, child-led discovery or more structured learning experiences.
Juan’s goal is to create a place where parents feel confident leaving their children, knowing they are safe, loved, and supported in their development. Outside of his professional work, he is a devoted dog dad to Hank. In his free time, he enjoys reading, playing the piano, watching movies, and exploring the outdoors. Additionally, Juan is actively involved in his church, serving as the music and children’s church pastor.
With his unwavering dedication to early education—blending the best of Montessori and traditional philosophies—Juan continues to make a lasting impact in the lives of children, shaping a future where each child is empowered to reach their fullest potential.
