With over two decades of experience and a deep commitment to the Montessori philosophy, Juan Boyer brings a wealth of knowledge and passion to his role as Program Director at Woodbridge Montessori Academy of Sachse. Inspired by his mother’s work in early childhood education, Juan began his career at age 15, driven by a passion for creating a nurturing environment where every child can thrive.

Throughout his career, Juan has demonstrated his dedication to the Montessori philosophy. He believes in every child’s inherent potential and strives to foster an environment where children are empowered to explore, learn, and grow at their own pace, guided by their natural curiosity and creativity.

Juan’s goal is to create a place where parents feel confident leaving their children, knowing they are safe, loved, and cared for. Outside of his professional endeavors, Juan is a devoted dog dad to Hank and Tater, two high-maintenance pit bull mixes. He enjoys spending his free time reading, playing the piano, watching movies, and exploring the outdoors. Additionally, Juan is heavily involved in his church, serving as the music and children’s church pastor.
