Integrations Manager

Liz Salmon is the School Support & Integrations Manager for Fractal, guiding new child care centers through every step of joining our Fractal family of schools. She coordinates the many moving parts of the transition process, working closely with directors, teachers, & internal teams to create a smooth, supportive, & well-planned integration. She understands the importance of building strong foundations so each newly acquired school feels confident & equipped from day one. She also has extensive experience in administration for Texas Rising Star and NAEYC accredited schools. Liz’s dedication to maintaining high-quality care and her passion for preschool and early childhood education contribute to the success of future learners.
