Esmeralda (Molly) Garcia brings over 25 years of experience in early childhood education, including 15 years in senior leadership, to her role as Area Director with Fractal Education in the Houston area. Director Certified by the State of Texas, she has a proven record of leading high-performing centers through operational excellence, quality programming, and team development. Beginning her career as an educator at age 17, Molly has worked across all age groups and advanced into leadership with experience in classroom instruction, center management, and multi-site oversight. She is deeply committed to creating safe, nurturing, and academically sound environments where children thrive and families feel confident. As an Area Director, she supports Fractal Education’s mission through collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.A native Texan and devoted mother of five, Molly is guided by her Christian faith and love for God. She values family time and enjoys traveling, sightseeing, spending time in nature, and relaxing at the beach, reflecting her belief in balance, exploration, and lifelong learning.
