Chief Growth Officer

As the Chief Growth Officer for Fractal Education, Aaron is primarily responsible for expanding the Fractal Education portfolio of schools through acquisitions and for implementing value-add strategies and brand-enhancement initiatives. As a seasoned professional with over two and a half decades of experience and a diverse background, including ownership and operation of a large preschool for almost 16 years, consulting in early childhood education development, and serving as a broker for one of the leading national early education brokerage companies. Additionally, Aaron worked as an Adjunct Business Instructor at North Central Texas College (NCTC), teaching the slightly older version of the preschoolers he had been surrounded by as an owner.

With an MBA from the University of Dallas and a Bachelor’s in Economics from Texas A&M University, I have a solid academic foundation to complement my professional expertise. I am passionate about fostering growth and innovation in the early childcare space. As a husband and father of four, and as a foster parent serving as a temporary father to several others, Aaron is committed to equipping the next generation. Aaron loves to travel, hike, run, and
cycle on both mountain and road bikes, lift weights, and engage in several other activities generally considered good for him. He is an avid reader with a goal of reading (or listening to) a book per week, though podcasts (there are so many) sometimes hinder that goal.
