Brenda Samuel is the Program Director at Creative Care Kempwood. She has 26 years of dedicated service in the early childhood education field. She holds a non-expiring Director’s License, a Child Development Associate (CDA) credential, and a Child Administration Certification. In addition, she has completed college coursework with a major in nursing, bringing a strong foundation in health, safety, and child development to her leadership approach.

Throughout her career, Brenda has completed extensive early childhood training and professional development, equipping her with deep knowledge of best practices in teaching, program administration, and staff development. She is especially passionate about supporting and empowering teachers, believing that strong, confident educators create the best outcomes for children.
