Joe Langley

VP of Investments

Joe Langley is the Vice President of Investments for Fractal Education, leading the transaction origination, underwriting, due diligence, and execution. Joe brings over 15 years of direct investment experience spanning multiple asset classes, including lodging, multifamily, senior living, and early childcare and education. Throughout his career, he has executed over $1.3 billion in real estate and capital market transactions across the United States.

Before joining Fractal, Joe served as the Vice President of Investments at Wexford Lodging Advisors. During his tenure, he closed over $160 million in lodging transactions, including the acquisitions and subsequent renovations of prominent properties such as the DoubleTree Suites Nashville Airport and the Marriott Overland Park Kansas City.

Prior to his tenure at Wexford Lodging Advisors, Joe was a member of the acquisitions team at Waterton, where he focused on joint-venture lodging investments across the United States. Throughout his time at Waterton, he played a central role in expanding their hotel portfolio from a small collection of midwest assets to a national portfolio with 13 assets spanning both coasts.

A graduate of Fordham University, Joe currently calls Chicago home, residing with his wife. In his leisure time, he loves snowboarding, camping, and board games with friends.
