Kaila Linder

Kaila Linder is a Founding Partner and the Chief Integration Officer of Fractal Education. Ms. Linder is responsible for transitioning new schools into Fractal Education and the adoption of system wide standards, enterprise platforms, and best practices. She is a seasoned early childhood education expert with 15 years of experience in classroom and corporate roles. Ms. Linder has been involved in the transition and integration of more than 30 schools.

Ms. Linder began her career as a toddler teacher and site level administrator before becoming a business development director for a nationwide franchise. In addition to experience with corporate systems such as Xplor, Bright Horizons, The Prep Schools, and Cadence Education, she’s served on the leadership team for development and implementation of proprietary curriculum for a franchise system.

She actively contributes to the Austin Chapter of TXAEYC and TLCCA, as well as the First 3 Years Foundation and United Way. Additionally, Ms. Linder and her husband serve as an active foster family for the State of Texas.
